The anatomy of the paranasal sinuses, intricately inter-twined with adjacent structures, holds paramount impor-tance in radiology, clinical medicine, and surgical interven-tions, particularly in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (Stammberger and Kennedy 1995; Arslan et al. 1999; Gupta et al. 2012).
