I've completed Jambo51's move table hack for Fire Red and made it so the Attack adder installs it. I still have yet to port the hack to Emerald. The Pokemon adder works for English Fire Red.

11 Φεβ 2021 · Released July 20. Misc changes to the original DSPRE. Significantly shorter load and save times. New, faster Script Editor with syntax highlighting and built-in search features. Fixed lots of problems with Japanese DP roms [either not loading or only partially functioning]. Configurable top bar layouts. User Prefs memorization.
