This is the latest released GBA emulator I can find - it's a variant of GPSP-J, which of course is a variant of may others. In my testing this has the best sound emulation on all of them I've experienced so far.

GPSP KAI is definately the best gba emulator but the first time i tried to download it off a tech james video it didnt work with pokemon games. I then found this video which worked perfectly for me so maybe try this tutorial.
No need for a separate PSX emulator, because the PSP has one built in. Look up PSX2PSP to learn how to convert your own games, or use Google to find them already converted for you. gPSP-J 110507 is probably the best GBA emulator.

(i haven't checked the stickies, just speaking from experience.) it runs games perfectly and supports custom resolution scaling, as well as preset scales (1x 1.5x full screen/stretched). also, it's the only GBA emulator for PSP that supports zipping 32MB ROMs. all others lock up when loading zipped ROMs that ...
