Roblox will generally just straight up terminate your account if you make any mention of personal information. Looks like the AI moderator went schizo interpreting what you said and banned you for sharing personal information for some reason. Don't leave an email, I would recommend calling Roblox's support number to leave a voice mail.

I got this same exact ban about 5 days ago, and I still haven’t heard back from them. This also happened to me back in March, and I was able to get it back within two hours.
