12 Μαΐ 2021 · Timing belt pulley pitch diameter charts contain three primary data points: number of teeth, pitch diameter, and outside diameter (OD). Knowing the number of teeth, pitch diameter, and outside diameter needed is critical for knowing the requirements of your timing belt drive system.
Belt and Pulley Pitch. Belt pitch, p, is defined as the distance between the centerlines of two adjacent teeth and is measured at the belt pitch line (Fig. 1). The belt pitch line is identical to the neutral bending axis of the belt and coincides with the center line of the cords.
Use this handy guide from Pfeifer Industries to identify your timing belt & find a replacement timing belt that will match its’ specifications.
Use Pfeifer Industries’ chart to find interchangeability among timing belts from different manufacturers. Timing belt tooth profiles & pitches are cross referenced for compatibility.
Belt Sizing Guide. Many conveying timing belts operate at low speeds and minimal loads. This eliminates the need for extensive calculations and a simplified approach to belt selection can be used.
Pitch charts, or timing belt pitch data sheets give you the information you need to identify your belt. In addition they supply the available options and the parameters necessary to aid in your drive design.
