This means that stability improvements, small features and performance enhancements can be passed on without the need for upfront steps by the user. Among other minor changes for this point release is improved overall fit and finish of the UI.

My connection allows it to go up to 9MB/s (it ran at a average of 5-6 mb/s before i installed the latest version of utorrent) I have read all the posts related to this and tried everything. Nothing works... it's still stuck at 1mb/s.

These are rare at the current time. uTorrent's settings are upload-based, so if you used only the info about your download to come up with settings, you're probably using hopelessly bad ones for your connection. Just exit utorrent, switch off what you want, start your computer and restart utorrent - and utorrent will continue all your torrents.

I'd really appreciate it if someone would help me out (and like i said, I'm not really advanced in torrents, so if someone asks me what the setting of so and so is, I'd like it if they'd tell me where to find so and so).
