Each student is issued a UTSA email address ending in @my.utsa.edu. UTSA will use your @my.utsa.edu email address to communicate with all enrolled students, including important information such as financial aid, registration, payment deadlines, bills, grades and more.

UTSA will migrate all student email accounts from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office 365 on October 4, 2021. Students will get a new email address ending with my.utsa.edu and will no longer be able to use a preferred external email for university business.
