25 Οκτ 2023 · A Recall Report is also generated. These reports are generated within a few minutes of the recall message being sent and contain a link to check on the recall status. Recall status is normally available for each recipient within a few minutes but could take longer for messages with many recipients. The system continues to recall for up to 24 hours.
To recall and replace a message in new Outlook. Select Sent Items in the left folder pane, then double-click the sent message to open it in a separate window. From the ribbon, select Recall Message, then select OK in the confirmation dialog box. Shortly thereafter, you'll receive a Message Recall Report in your inbox.

30 Αυγ 2024 · There are two methods to enable the Message Recall in Exchange Online: Exchange Admin Center. Exchange Online PowerShell. We will show you the steps to enable Message Recall using both methods. However, some conditions must be met for Message Recall to succeed.
