Every time I go to send money, it says they need a quick security check. Every time I choose a “text” I do not recieve it. When I choose “call” on the other hand, it goes straight to a screen which says “sorry, we can’t verify it’s you” without even giving me a call.

17 Αυγ 2023 · Using PayPal for years with no problem but starting from the 9th of August can't log in to my account since SMS verification messages (6 digits) are not being received on my mobile.
We may send you a text asking you to confirm your activity (by replying 1 for yes or 2 for no) or we will send a text with a 6-digit code that you will need to enter on the screen. The code is in the body of the text and not the 725-729 from PayPal number. This code expires after 5-10 minutes.
