9 Ιαν 2012 · I have a 2001 Tahoe and I'm at my wits end with this thing. It seems to happen every day in the afternoon almost the same time. I really the the manufacture should be responsible, but we all know that they will never admit guilt.
16 Ιουλ 2020 · The security reset procedure is quite simple in a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. The first thing You will need to do is insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the on position, without starting the engine. The dashboard lights will illuminate, and the security light will be flashing.
4 Οκτ 2015 · A couple of days ago it did it again and happened to notice that with the ignition switch "On", the security light would flash. Looked in the manual and it said that Passlock had kept the engine from starting, but no info on how to remedy.

8 Οκτ 2023 · With the sensor bypassed, you’ll need to do an ignition switch on-off sequence to reset the Passlock control module to accept the resistor and disable anti-theft mode. Turn the key to Run for 10 minutes until the security light shuts off.
24 Ιουλ 2012 · 1. Insert the master key with the black head into the ignition lock cylinder. 2. Turn the key to ON but do not start the engine. The SECURITY light will turn on and stay on. 3. Wait 10 minutes or until the SECURITY light to turn off. 4. Turn the key to OFF for 5 seconds. 5. Turn the key to ON but do not start the engine.
