“Godliness that overcomes the craving for material wealth produces great spiritual wealth. So what verse 6 [in 1 Timothy 6] is saying is that it is very profitable not to pursue wealth.” Contentment is an important quality that we should strive for in our lives as Christians.

He heard of a wonderful chance to get more land. For 1,000 rubles he could have all the land he could walk around in a day.
1 Timothy 6. 1 All who are under the yoke of slavery should consider their masters worthy of full respect, so that God’s name and our teaching may not be slandered. 2 Those who have believing masters should not show them disrespect just because they are fellow believers.
