3 Απρ 2018 · 1.1.1.1 is very close to you. The "legitimate" owner of this IP address is Cloudflare, and it is also possible that they have deployed a DNS server reachable by you at a well connected peering exchange in the same city - and close to, or in your ISP.
My primary external DNS is 1.1.1.1 because it's by far the fastest and most reliable (so far) for me but I also use 8.8.8.8 and 9.9.9.9 and a handful of others with low latency and long uptimes as backups.
