I noted that this months Motor Boats mag is running a 10hp 4s group test. Usual Jap suspects with Yamaha coming out on top followed by Tohotsu because of value. Chinese pair bringing up the rear but you could buy both of them for the price of the Yammy.

12 Ιαν 2016 · There's a group test of 10Hp outboards in the Feb edition of Motorboat mag if anyone is interested in a new motor. Interestingly, having asked about this brand in the past, Parsun isn't even included in the test group.
