2 Ιουλ 2021 · Make sure your smartphone or computer is connected to the extender’s Wi-Fi. The default network name is TP-Link_Extender or TP-Link_Extender_2.4GHz/5GHz. If your extender has an Ethernet port, connect your computer to the extender via an Ethernet cable, then try again.
Step 1. Connect to your router via Wired or Wireless. If Wireless: Make sure your client device is connected to your router’s wireless SSID. If using the Defaults, the SSID and Password are printed on your router label.
Admin Credentials: Click on NEW EXTENDER SETUP. Choose and set your extender’s admin credentials, which are different from your WiFi network password. Network Selection: The extender will search for local WiFi networks.
