13 Μαΐ 2014 · If you really want to get one of the old-school mirror lenses, the Nikon Reflex-NIKKOR f/8 N and the Canon FD 500mm f/8 are both going to give you much better quality. The Tamron SP 500mm F/8 Mirror Model 55BB is also well-regarded (the earlier 55B version has issues).

7 Μαρ 2018 · The greatest mirror-lenses made. Mar 7, 2018. From my experience, I would three of them as: 1. Questar 700mm. No question the best optics. 2. Tamron 350mm f/5.6. A fantastic, sharp, portable mirror-lens and it continues to climb in value. 3. Zeiss Mirotar 1000mm. excellent lens, expensive, heavy.

9 Αυγ 2024 · About the only thing you can do with this lens is fool around; because of its slow speed (F8-F12), mirror consturction, and lack of tripod mount, its practical use is very limited. Its image quality isn't anything worth mentioning, and neither is its bokeh (obviously).
