If you've got a 100-lb ASME tank it's likely that you've got a POL fitting so you'll want to use the # 37207-30665 to connect your ASME tank to the regulator on your RV and propane line. If you can provide a photo of the tank's propane port I'm happy to confirm which pigtail hose you'll want to use.
