5 Ιουλ 2022 · You have to have a panel for 50 amps, and some RV's will have a panel that could be upgraded to 50 amp from 30 amp...but many do not. A pic will answer this. Definitely need the larger panel.
I have been told that if I change to a 50 amp panel that I will need a 55 amp or more converter. I am not adding any more 12v items or changing the battery system. From what I understand the converter amps should cover you 12v load. I calculated every 12v fixture and came up with 36 amps.
