This version of Robert’s Rules of Poker is for private games. “Robert’s Rules Of Poker” is authored by Robert Ciaffone, better known in the poker world as Bob Ciaffone, a leading authority on cardroom rules. Chinese Poker or 13 Card Poker. This game is played with 4 players. Each player is dealt 13 cards. The object is to arrange them into 3 groups: one consisting of 3 cards (front hand), and two consisting of 5 cards each (middle and back hands).
