I signed up for their 14-day trial -- which is not free, by the way, if you read the fine print -- and apparently my cancellation didn't succeed because the next day they charged me the monthly fee. I forwarded the PayPal receipt to ancestrysupport@ancestry.com, but received no answer and then forgot about it.
