11 Αυγ 2015 · To reach the rear upper mounting nuts, you'll need to remove the seat cushions that are closest to the doors. Lift up on the bottom of the cushion to expose the bolt. Use a 12mm socket to remove it.
26 Μαΐ 2019 · (1) Start off by locating 2 bolts that are attached to the bottom of the strut. Remove the two (22mm) nuts then locate the nut (14mm) attaching the brake line to the strut assembly. (2) Locate the stabilizer link and remove the top nut (17mm) to detach it from the lower strut. It will move freely and just reposition it so its not in your way.
In order to replace the rear struts, you will first need to disconnect the negative battery cable and rear seat cushions. You will also need to raise the rear of the Camry with support from jack stands. Also, remove the rear wheels. Next, disconnect brackets and sensors from the strut and stabilizer bar link nut.
