2004 model-year Pontiac Vibe vehicles. These vehicles may have received a replacement front-passenger airbag module that is the subject of Toyota recall 19V-627, which covered certain 2005-2008 model year Pontiac Vibe vehicles. Toyota’s Part 573 report for 19V-627 states, in part:

20 Δεκ 2020 · Well, here is the short version- I had an airbag light come on, and had to replace the clockspring (many times), and when that didn't turn off the airbag light, I replaced the Airbag Control Module (once) on my 2004 Pontiac Vibe AWD.
2 Οκτ 2019 · The airbag light comes on because your Pontiac Vibe’s airbag control module has failed a self-diagnostic cycle, which means there will be codes stored that’ll tell you why the light came on. The catch is not every OBD II scanner can pull airbag-related codes .
Note: This recall bulletin provides service repair and labor time information for replacing the front passenger air bag inflator assembly. Other repairs, if required, are to be billed under warranty, goodwill assistance or customer pay.
