This table shows the base pay amounts for all General Schedule employees based on the 2010 GS Pay Scale, as published by the Office of Personnel Management. General Schedule base pay tables are revised yearly, effective each January, to reflect inflation and increasing costs of living.
2010 GS Pay Raise: This year, the General Schedule base payscale received a 1.5% across-the-board pay raise. A GS-13 Step 3 federal employee would receive an effective raise of $1,129.00 in 2010, from $75,323.00 per year (based on the 2009 GS base table) to $76,452.00 per year.
