So far I'm completely satisfied with the overall value and performance of the Honda 110 Elite. I'm 6'1" and 250 lbs and my stock 110 can easily keep up with normal traffic. With my weight the scooter ... probably gets a little under 100 miles per gallon and tops out at 50 mph.
