Install a new No. 11 (7.5 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box, then go to Step 12 . Reconnect the EPS control unit connector C (16P). Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
Clean off dust or dirt from the appropriate magnetic encoder surface on the wheel bearing or the hub bearing unit, then go to Step 1 and recheck. If the DTC is still present, replace the appropriate wheel bearing or hub bearing unit.

15 Μαΐ 2022 · Those codes are for a solenoid problem in the ABS/VSA unit, and for a low-voltage condition at the VSA control unit, respectively. Disconnect the battery again, and clean the terminals and posts. Clean the ground wire connection where it attaches to the body, as well as the bolt for that connection.
29 Σεπ 2021 · 83-11 code on code reader (ABS section) Last week our car decided it didn't want to continue to run when started (while out of town of course). We had the car towed to a Honda dealer and they said the code pointed to a high pressure fuel pump failure.
The steps include verifying the failure, checking for other Powertrain Control Module (PCM) DTCs, updating or substituting the PCM, updating the VSA modulator-control unit software, and checking connectors. If the issue persists after these steps, the VSA modulator-control unit may need replacement.
