30 Ιουλ 2023 · 5.7 Hemi. Hey everyone, I’m new here and I’m having issues with my truck. I have a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L bought it with 90k miles on it and now it’s at 112k. When my truck is in park and I shift it to reverse, there it a jerk. This only happens on uneven surface.
I have a 2017 1500 5.7 with 115k miles. Daily driver and tow a 7k lbs TT several times per year. Do regular maintenance according to the owners manual and have had no issues with anything. Truck runs smooth. All stock parts.
3 Ιουν 2022 · I just bought a 2017 Ram express with the 3.6 in it. Truck is in great shape, looks amazing. Anyhow, a day after I bought I was driving and it started “jumping” or “shifting” abruptly and then would go dead.
Talk about 4G Ram specific performance here. If it is not 4G Ram specific (such as internal engine mods that pertain to all trucks ie; cams, rockers, heads, ignition and such), post in the general Truck Engine Technical Forums for greater response.
