I received an email 8pm without my name included saying that in order to cancel they must receive the request within 60 seconds! Then they say the warehouse had already started dispatch and that I have to return the kit once I receive it from the USA.

Scam company. I ordered a kit and although I got an email saying it has been dispatched, weeks later the kit has not arrived. I've sent emails to customer service but no reply. I wish I'd read the reviews here first.
I've received an email from 23and Me today stating they are still refusing the refund as if to intentionally cause harm - even though I have cancelled the subscription the day of the charge...
After several emails, all of which seemed 'copy and paste' responses, they still refused to refund the money, telling me I should've checked my junk mail. I know this wasn't an issue with junk as I received there other periodic emails with no problem.

9 Ιαν 2021 · All customers received a email. I am very disappointed in this, as the questions and info discloses so much about a person. I sent a email back letting them know of my concerns.
