This company is a scam! Paid £103 for a test and express delivery on July the 25th. 3 months later I still haven’t even received the test. I spoke to their customer services (which is an AI bot) and they sent another one out….which got lost.
I felt a need to share this because our world is an unsafe place. I found a DNA relative in a country in (supposedly) Europe - indicated this in 23andMe, and the person also told me they lived in this specific country. My interest in 23andMe was finding out about my ancestry overseas.
