Open Workout 24.1 Analysis. The first week of the 2024 CrossFit Open featured a couplet of dumbbell snatches and lateral burpees over the dumbbell. Athletes were tasked with a total of 90 of each movement to be completed within a 15-minute time cap.
• There is no required floor plan for this workout. • Record the time after you complete the final 21 burpees, and this will be your tiebreak time if you do not complete the final 15 burpees.

23.1 Open Workout (Rx’d): Complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 14 minutes of: 60 calorie row. 50 toes-to-bars. 40 wall-ball shots. 30 cleans. 20 muscle ups. Female: 14-lb ball to 9-ft target, 95-lb cleans. Male: 20-lb ball to 10-ft target, 135-lb cleans.
