30 Ιαν 2022 · If you’re doing a tune-up, you’ll need the Toyota 1.8-liter firing order engine layout diagram. Toyota 1.8 liter spark plug gap. Gap 1.1 mm (0.043 in) Torque 18 Nm (13 lb-ft) Recommended spark plug: DENSO made SK16R11. NGK made IFR5A11. NOTE: Spark plug number, gap and torque may vary by model year. Confirm with your owner’s manual or shop manual.

29 Μαρ 2011 · Install the cap and then the wires following the firing order and cylinder numbering as mentioned previously. This will get the timing close enough to start and fine tune. You don't have to have the #1 wire in the cap tower that is marked #1.
1 ημέρα πριν · There aqre lots of ways, but this is mine. Pull plugs, rotate until #1 at tdc on compression. You will see that both valves are fully closed. If pulley isn't marked use a big end of a zip tie down the hole to feel for exact tdc. Now follow the firing order as you rotate to next one and next. Be careful not to over-use your wrench.
