13 Οκτ 2010 · to be honest, i personally would be interested in a twin turbo set up, priced around $5-6k, that gives the consumer right around 400 whp stock. Something dynamic enough though that can create upwards of 600whp with proper modification and tuning.

23 Ιουλ 2013 · So I finished installing TurboKit’s GC 3.8 A/T kit this past Sunday and I’ve been driving the car for a couple of days now. This is the very first time that I am experiencing a turbo’d vehicle first hand. I’ve been a passenger in turbo’d vehicles before but have never owned or driven one personally.

Oil cooler: Comes with RP turbo kit. 4. In my searches, water/meth kits are often recommended for 3.8T--for reliability, not power.
The kit features everything you’ll need to make an extra 140 hp at the wheels, including a Turbonetics 64 mm billet turbocharger, ECU reflash, and even the required V-band clamps. The only thing you’ll need is a mechanic’s tool box and some free time!

Does anyone have the TurboKits.com 3.8 V6 turbo kit? I'm considering getting it for my 3.8 Grand Touring, and upgrading to a limited slip diff. Wondering if it really makes that big a difference, and if someone has it.... have you run a 0-60, or Quarter-Mile, or Dyno?
17 Φεβ 2022 · Run with the DIY turbo kit (using the stock FWD exhaust manifolds), we first applied 7.6 psi from the intercooled turbo setup. Run on pump E85 from a local station, the turbo 3800 produced an easy 418 hp and 387 lb.-ft. of torque.
