Now you can see if a particular app on your Mac is 64-bit or not. If it’s listed as Yes, it’s 64-bit. If it’s No, it’s a 32-bit app, and you need to upgrade it before using macOS 10.15.

Macs running MacOS X Server are not supported by Boot Camp at all. Apple does not provide support for the 64-bit version of Windows XP on any Macs at all either. Officially, Apple supports Windows 7 -- at least the 32-bit version-- on all Intel-based Macs with the exception of the following: iMac "Core Duo" 1.83 17-Inch; iMac "Core Duo" 2.0 20-Inch

Go to the Apple Menu and select "About this Mac". If you have a Core Duo processor, you have a 32-bit CPU. Otherwise (Core 2 Duo, Xeon, i3, i5, i7, anything else), you have a 64-bit CPU. Mac OS X is fairly bitness-agnostic, so either should work. If still in doubt, use the 32-bit version.
