The mid option cam wise from comp is the 270: Comp's Listed Application: HYDRAULIC - Best all around performance grind per the manufacturer.

2 Φεβ 2023 · As to your original question, the cam swap process is the same on all the HEMI's. Other supporting mods include intake & exhaust. Fuel system upgrades are also common requirements for this.
