Installing 3DScraft to your NINJHAX-enabled console is as easy as installing any other homebrew application. More specifically, simply download 3DScraft.zip (link to the right) and extract its contents at the root of your SD card.

Place those .cia files within the [cias] folder of your Micro SD Card, then get back into your 3DS, open FBI, go into [SD], then into [cias], and you will be able to download the games into your 3DS from there (download and delete CIA - something like that), you will see the games wrapped in present boxes in the home screen after that
Cia files need to be installed via Fbi while 3dsx files can be used directly via Homebrew Launcher. 3dsx files also have a limit in size compared to cia.
