29 Οκτ 2018 · In case anyone wants to know, the formula to calculate for MPH for a 1/4 run is WHP divided by a race ready vehicle weight including driver, then find the cubed root of that number and finally multiply by the constant of 234 for 1/4 mile and 187 for 1/8 mile.
16 Νοε 2006 · If my legs are 1/4 mile long and I can take one step in 5 seconds I'll beat the guy who is going 280 mph at the end of the 1/4 mile although I'm only walking 20 seconds per mile or 180! Sure it's a rediculous example but it's who gets there sooner that wins!
27 Νοε 2010 · I've seen a lot of times here on AFM but mostly for the V8's so I wanted to see what kind of times do you guys get at the 1/4 mile? My fastest was 17.0 secs at 83 mph with my new Mustang when it was stock though.
