Prepare finished door opening per chart. Door opening minus 15/8", minus carpet thickness. * Divide net opening width by the number of door panels (2 or 4) and subtract 1/4". Install top pivot(s), guide roller(s) and bottom pivot(s) by drilling 7/16" diameter holes, 2" deep, as shown. Install hinges on edge of panels, centering third hinge.

Fold door to a 30-degree angle and set bottom Pivot Bracket (1002—factory-mounted) onto the Floor Plate Stud (1003-2). With door in a vertical position, slip top Pivot Pin (1029-1) into the Cam Lock Assembly located inside the Track. Snap Toggle closed to engage Pivot Pin.
