6 Δεκ 2015 · The problem was solved by powering off the KVM switch and powering it back on. Note that unplugging the power cable does not completely power off the KVM switch as any USB cable connected to the switch while also connected to PC will also provide power to the switch.
update all Lenovo drivers (BIOS, chipset, display, full boat) ensure Windows 10 is current with updates. swap HDMI and USB cables between the 2 KVM channels. swap KVM channels. unplug all connections to KVM, plug HDMI/keyboard/mouse out back in, plug Lenovo channel HDMI/USB back in.
