I've found that there isn't a source online which fully consolidates the height and weight for every race, let alone the rolls for random height and weight. I've decided to do the digging myself, and rework them in a faithful home-brew for everyone.

Gnomes average slightly over 3 feet tall and weigh 40 to 45 pounds. Their tan or brown faces are usually adorned with broad smiles (beneath their prodigious noses), and their bright eyes shine with excitement.
The dice roll given in the Height Modifier column determines the character's extra height (in inches) beyond the base height. That same number multiplied by the dice roll or quantity given in the Weight Modifier column determines the character's extra weight (in pounds) beyond the base weight. I will say I think your variance is way too high.
