11 Απρ 2012 · While all this is happening, the Glow plug and Water in the fuel light turns on for about 3 seconds. Once the truck gets going on the road it cuts out randomally. What I have done is changed fuel filters, installed a new water in fuel sensor and draind tank.
18 Αυγ 2010 · I have a 2007 F250 with the 6.0 Diesel. Two weeks ago the "Water In Fuel" message appeared. I changed the filters and drained some fuel out as well. I didn't find any water in the fuel. The light still goes on and off. The truck is running fine.
27 Νοε 2018 · No exposed wires or anything like that. MAIN POINTS: problems only occur when it is below 50-60 degrees and the truck has not ran in a MINIMUM of 8 hours. Once it shuts off AFTER the water in fuel light and glow plug light come on, those lights WILL NOT come on again until the next day. Any insight would be great.
