7 Απρ 2009 · This replaces the 6.3 v 40 ma bulb that is used in mid to late 70's Technics tuners/receivers directly with a ultra long lasting 10 ma LED. This is a simple unpug from mounting hole, snip, heat srink resolder and plug back in replacement.
The part he is looking at is not a naked LED, but a "bulb replacement" with base, specified for 6V DC or AC. See attached. I have to assume it includes current-limit, and possibly rectification.
This LED version can be used to replace either #44 or #47 bulbs (see P-44 and P-47 for incandescent versions). The color options for this LED bulb can be combined with colored jewels to create new and interesting color options!
