23 Απρ 2011 · I have a few military Swede Mausers in 6.5x55 and they of some of the most accurate rifles ever. I have one that some Bubba had already started hacking on that I could get for almost nothing over 20 years ago that I turned into a hunting rifle.

1 Μαΐ 2018 · The attraction of the 6.5×55 is it's mild recoil and superb down-range performance. Ample bullet selection — 90 to 160 grain — gives the cartridge plenty of versatility and makes it a gem for reloaders. A higher sectional density gives the 6.5 better penetration than other caliber bullets of a similar weight.

29 Δεκ 2011 · I am shooting the 6.5 X 55 swede at about 3000 fps using Reloader 17 and approx. 44 grains of powder with a smk 142grain bullet, I have no high pressure signs. Still working on Load development but getting better than 1/2 moa on 5 shot groups.
