15 Απρ 2019 · The 6.5×55 case has 6 or 7% more capacity than the .260s, even more in practice when both are loaded to standard COALs with heavy bullets, which sees them having to seated very deep in the .260 Rem using up quite a lot of powder capacity.
13 Ιουλ 2012 · Running the numbers on Nosler 130 RDF at 3150fps or above is pretty interesting and seems to be really flat. It doesn’t seem like it would be a ton more recoil than pushing a 110 grain bullet the same speed out of a 6mm and the 130 rdf’s and the 110 smk’s Have very similar bc’s.
12 Δεκ 2010 · the 260 is a short action round which usually feeds reliably from a LA whereas the X55 is usually chambered in LA. i have a 260 savage in a LA set up with no barrel nut like a remmy. broughton 8 twist 25.25" barrel. it is very accurate.
