I'm faced with the decision of a Phase 2 AIT location for the 68K program. What would you pick and why? What are the policies/general quality of life? What is there to do? Notes for 68K AIT (medical laboratory technician) Graduated Phase 1 a few months ago and I've already begun to forget everything I learned at METC, so here's my notes to all those preparing for the ASCP.
1 Οκτ 2024 · 68K - Medical Laboratory Specialist MOS MOS Description The medical laboratory specialist performs bloodbanking procedures and elementary and advanced examinations of biological and environmental specimens to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease and other medical disorders.
Some good notes in your case: When you complete your AIT, you can take the MLT (ASCP) exam via Route 3. While serving, you can use your TA and start completing your Bachelor's. You can also work part-time or per-diem off-base to earn extra money and gain more experience in the field.
