Collects blood specimens by venipuncture and capillary puncture. Packs, unpacks, inspects, stores and distributes blood and blood products.
The biggest bonus for 68K is the education. It is also the scariest prospect here. As others have mentioned, pass rates for advanced individual training (to train you to be a 68K) are consistently dismal.
Enlisted promotions can be a challenge but not impossible, but the real star of the advancement options is the direct commission option. Not only do you have that option, but there are (real, legit) universities that offer MLT-to-MLS programs designed specifically for military with distance learning.
