28 Δεκ 2008 · Before you install the tranny/torque converter assembly, use an air compressor turned down to about 15 PSI and blow air in the cooler "hot" line. ATF in the coolers will come out the disconnected return line.

Your correct: Using a fixed stall speed converter will either result in a loss or gain of efficiency in certain rpm ranges and during certain uses like towing.
10 Ιουν 2012 · When installing the converter on the input shaft, use some light grease like Vaseline to get the seals on the shaft to stick down in the groove. This will prevent the torque converter from cutting the seals as it slides over them.
