5 days ago. Refusing to take returns. SCAM. I purchased 2 water bottles (Order FL21411). Bottles arrived on Friday. Saturday I attempted to use 1 of the bottles. It didn't work. I charged it for several hours. I cycled the bottle 10 times. I poured warm water into the bottle for 2-3 minutes.
I contacted Hydroh’s customer service expecting a lengthy process, but was pleasantly surprised by their promptness. Within 24 hours, they had not only responded but also shipped a replacement cap for free.
17 Ιουλ 2024 · It is a knockoff product that comes from China with no instructions, no customer contact and no website so you can't even get ahold of them. Their return policy is a joke, 14 days, 20% restocking fee, you pay for shipping so you end up spending significantly more than it's worth it.
