Tolley, double 8-bore, hammer gun. 36” steel barrels by Thomas Bland & Sons, the action with through lumps and rebounding back-locks engraved with scrolls and vignettes of wildfowl in natural settings. The metalwork retains a high percentage of original finish, screw and pin slots line-up correctly and are in good condition.

  6. 19 Μαΐ 2007 · General Specs: J & W Tolley, Year 1885+-, 8 Gauge, 10lbs 3oz, Chokes Xtra Full. Serial Number: 6112. J. & W. Tolley was an English gunmaker of some notoriety, mostly noted for large bore waterfowlers. From about 1894 through 1903 they occupied a London address and that was when this gun was made.
