Not streaming anywhere but avail on DVD of course. Older seasons are the best IMO. Later seasons Dr. Quincy goes a bit off the rails as a social justice warrior more than a medical examiner.

Some of these finished in the 80s but started in the 70s and are still good today; Rockford Files (love this show), Taxi, Happy Days, The Muppet Show (original), MASH (obviously) etc. 60s got The Twilight Zone, Addams Family, Bonanza and as you said Star Trek.
