Basically I found a download that has subtitles a bit different than the bilibili ones (i updated the post) and the subtitles show up as "A.F.K ASS edited" in vlc. Thats what makes me assume that afk has made them and there is an unedited version out there.
After Dark Fansubs came together on the AKFGFan forums adding subtitles to AKFG videos before branching out to other bands. We aim to help English speaking fans enjoy and more wholly engage in Japanese music and to introduce them to new music at the same time.

Again, as with last series, there's a weird hissing noise that pops out sometimes when the characters are talking. Spoonsubs seems to have filtered that out. On the other hand a.f.k. translated every little shred of text, and they did a good job of it too. Solution: Spoonsubs audio + a.f.k. video
