To start this quest, head to the Theatre of Blood in Ver Sinhaza. The fastest way there is by teleporting with an Ectophial to the Ectofuntus (or fairy ring ALQ if Ghosts Ahoy has not been completed), and then taking the rowboat run by Andras to the north for 10,000 coins - this will bring you just north of the Theatre.

On the right is a map of the route to take to get to the hideout; follow the blue path down to the leftmost green dot. Climb up the ladder in the house with the green dot, jump east to the floorboards, and climb down the stairs into the house with the rightmost green dot.
Drakan's medallion is a reward from the quest A Taste of Hope. It allows unlimited teleportation to Ver Sinhaza, Darkmeyer (after completion of Sins of the Father), and the Sisterhood Sanctuary under Slepe (after using a Slepey tablet on it, which is a rare drop from Phosani's Nightmare). Players cannot teleport past level 20 Wilderness.
