I ordered the commercial quality ab coaster for my small workout facility and was sent the home version weeks and weeks later. After calling and complaining I was told that there wasn't much difference between the commercial and home models and was talked into keeping the home version.

I was thinking about investing in the ab coaster machines if they're a viable option that would actually show results. Has anyone ever tried these machines out before? And does anyone know if they work?
My gym is finally getting some new equipment, 20kg plates and power racks finally!!, and one of the new pieces they are getting is this thing called an Abcoaster. From the sample video it looks like it might be similar to an abwheel without using the arms so much. Has anyone ever used this?
